Radhika is Nritya Alalankar(post graduation in Kathak dance form) of the Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya,trained under Guru late Smt. Asha Joglekar.

• She is an impaneled artist of Indian Council for Cultural Relations.(ICCR)
• Radhika has also trained under famous dance exponents mentioned below:
  • Pandit Birju Maharajaji ( Lucknow gharana)
  • Pandit Ranjendra Gangani ( Jaipur gharana)
  • Dr.Kanak Rele( Nritya Abhinaya)
  • Smt.Indumati Lele ( Folk dnace)
  • J.J. Rodrigues ( Latin American and ballroom dance )
• Founded Navras Art Academy in 1997 and has since trained a large number of students in the kathak dance form including some deaf and mute students.
• Is on the panel of judges of Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya.
• Has judged competitions on television channels, schools and colleges.
